About Your Parking Breach Notice

Why did I receive a Parking Breach Notice?

A notice may be issued where our records indicate that the parking conditions applying at a location were not met.

Depending on the location, this may include:

  • exceeding the permitted or paid parking period;
  • parking without a valid payment, session or permit;
  • failing to register your vehicle as required;
  • parking in an unauthorised or restricted area; or
  • otherwise breaching the terms displayed on the parking signage.

The specific reason for your notice is shown on the notice itself.
